Insurance & Payment Options

Individual Therapy

Currently accepting:

  • Aetna

  • Moda Health

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield / Regence

Coming soon:

  • Optum / UnitedHealthcare

I also offer:

  • Private pay (cash, debit, HSA, FSA)

  • Limited sliding scale availability

  • Out-of-network superbills through Thrizer when applicable

Private pay rate: $180 per 45–60 minute session

Evaluations (Private Pay)

ADHD Evaluation – $1,350
Payment plan available: 3 payments of $450

Autism Evaluation – $1,500
Payment plan available: 3 payments of $500

Evaluations are private pay. Depending on your insurance plan, some portions of the evaluation process may be eligible for reimbursement or coverage. Superbills can be provided when appropriate, and we can discuss potential insurance reimbursement during your consultation. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

Sliding Scale

I reserve a small number of sliding scale spots ($40-80) to support accessibility when possible. Sliding scale spots currently full.

Using Insurance Out-of-Network

If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, I may be able to provide a superbill or support reimbursement through Thrizer, depending on your plan and eligibility. We can discuss your options during a consultation.

Good Faith Estimate Notice
Under the law, health care providers must give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for services.

  • You have the right to receive a written estimate of expected charges at least 1 business day before your appointment.

  • If you receive a bill that is $400 or more than your estimate, you can dispute it.

  • Keep a copy of your estimate.
