Individual Therapy:
I currently accept the following commercial insurance plans for therapy services:

• Aetna

• Cigna

• Carelon Behavioral Health

• Anthem EAP

• Quest Behavioral Health

• Moda Health

• Regence BCBS of Oregon

• Select PacificSource plans managed by Aetna

I can also provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement through Thrizer when applicable.
HSA and FSA accounts can be used for therapy services.

At this time, I am not credentialed with Medicaid/OHP or Medicare. I’m happy to share referrals and community resources when available.


Assessment services (ADHD & Autism evaluations)

Evaluations are private pay services.

I can provide superbills through Thrizer for potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your insurance plan.
HSA and FSA accounts can be used for the full cost of an evaluation.

Payment plans and limited sliding-scale options may be available depending on availability.
